Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping & Fulfillment


Processing Standards: To ensure accuracy, orders undergo a 1–2 business day processing period before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines: Standard shipping typically requires 3 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not contractual guarantees.

Geographic Restrictions: We fulfill orders exclusively within the 50 United States. We do not currently facilitate shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Modifications: Due to our automated integration with fulfillment centers, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the processing phase. * Address Verification: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided. Packages "Returned to Sender" due to insufficient or incorrect address details will be subject to a deduction of the original shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee from any applicable refund.


2. Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility


In accordance with standard commercial shipping practices, the risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the common carrier.


Delivery Confirmation: Once a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) records a package as "Delivered," the Company's fulfillment obligation is considered complete.


Theft & Loss: Pookiboo is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery location to mitigate the risk of theft.


3. Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards for infants, our return policy is strictly enforced.

Return Eligibility: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Condition Standards: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed plastic wrap. Due to the hygienic nature of infant feeding products, any item that has been handled, opened, or has a broken factory seal is strictly ineligible for return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee is applied to all authorized returns to cover inspection and administrative costs. This fee is deducted from the final refund amount.

Shipping Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Return Authorization Process


Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Authorization: Contact support@pookiboo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Instruction: Upon approval, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Inspection: All returns undergo a secondary quality control inspection. If the item meets our "factory-sealed" criteria, a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Manufacturing Defects


We stand behind our manufacturing excellence. If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect:

Contact support@pookiboo.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include detailed photographic evidence of the defect.

Verified manufacturing defects will be handled directly by our support team to ensure a resolution that meets our quality promise. In such cases, the 1% restocking fee is waived.
